Aurora joined us as a Programme Manager in October 2022. She is responsible for managing programmes in schools across London.
After studying English at UCL, Aurora enrolled on the Teach First programme and became a secondary school English teacher. She taught English for 4 years, and completed a MA in Educational Leadership through the UCL Institute of Education during this time. Aurora has interests in literature, theatre and the arts, as well as activism. Aurora joins Team Up to have a positive impact on the lives of young people.
